Position: Sales Team Lead (Chemicals)
Location: MRT Lumpini
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate market analysis and collaborate with team members to formulate and execute effective business strategies and development plans.
Oversee end-to-end trading operations, including commercial negotiations, contract documentation, logistics coordination, and management of internal compliance procedures.
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities by acquiring new customers and sourcing innovative materials to drive company growth.
Lead, motivate, and provide guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team KPIs are achieved.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Sales experience in Chemicals and automotive sector.
Fluent in English
Capability to make close relation with customer through proactive/ frequent communication.
