POSITION: SALES MANAGER

SALARY: 60,000 – 80,000 THB
Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through the sale and rental of construction and industrial solutions within an assigned territory. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, building long‑term, trust‑based relationships through a consultative sales approach. The Sales Manager manages the full sales cycle, delivers value‑driven solutions, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and market share within the assigned territory.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach.
Develop customized solutions based on customer needs, project requirements, and technical considerations.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Provide post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Monitor key sales metrics such as visits, quotations, orders, and revenue performance.
Manage and update sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to align sales activities with project and delivery requirements.
Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or technical solution environments.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Good technical understanding or mechanical aptitude is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven mindset.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
