The Sales Executive - Japanese Speaker role supports business growth for an established trading company supplying chemicals and industrial materials. Based onsite in Bangkok, the position focuses on managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating sales activities, with frequent client visits across Bangkok, Chonburi, Rayong, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Manage sales activities for industrial products and materials across various business sectors
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business growth
Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify potential opportunities
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth business operations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
Support sales planning and execute activities aligned with business objectives
Handle sales administration and customer service activities
Visit customers and business partners as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related function
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in trading, manufacturing, industrial products, chemicals, automotive, or a related industry
Knowledge of industrial materials or chemical-related products
Interest in technical or industrial products
Japanese language proficiency
