The Sales Engineer - Chinese Speaker role combines technical knowledge with business development to build customer relationships and contribute to sales growth within the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry. Based onsite at the Lamphun, Korat, Prachin Buri, or Hat Yai branch, the position works closely with customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver suitable products and services.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate with customers and contractors
Achieve assigned sales targets
Develop relationships with new customers, understand their requirements, and prepare appropriate proposals
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and engagement
Identify target customers and develop strategies to secure new business
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to support the timely delivery of products and services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience as a sales engineer working with any product
Experience handling automation projects involving design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, or system integration is preferred
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or data centres will be an advantage
Intermediate English proficiency, with a TOEIC score of 500 or above
Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 5
Strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated and diligent approach
Valid driving licence and access to a personal car
