Key Responsibilities
lPerform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on machinery and equipment.
Analyze problems, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Provide production line support to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.
Conduct daily machine inspections and record maintenance data accurately.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams on maintenance activities.
Control and manage spare parts usage, including inventory reporting.
Perform all tasks in compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
Support machine installation, commissioning, and testing activities.
Prepare maintenance reports and related documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Vocational Certificate or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience (factory experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of PLC, automation systems, or electrical systems is preferred.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Basic English communication skills for working purposes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
