The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor role plays a key part in maintaining and improving quality standards across manufacturing processes. Based onsite in Rayong, the position oversees in-process QC, supports new model projects, and works with customers and suppliers to address quality requirements.
Responsibilities
Control in-process quality and implement quality improvements across manufacturing processes
Prepare quality documents, including inspection standards, quality points, work instructions, and limit samples
Support customer requests related to quality matters
Support problem analysis, corrective measures, and the preparation of 8D reports
Support new model activities, including Production Part Approval Process documentation, process flows, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and control plans
Support customer and supplier audits
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in welding and stamping processes
At least 2 years of experience supporting new model projects
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to use measuring instruments, including coordinate measuring machines, Vernier callipers, height gauges, and micrometers
