The Quality Control (QC) Staff role supports quality planning, inspection, and process control throughout the production lifecycle within a chemical manufacturing environment. This onsite position plays a key part in maintaining product and material quality, supporting supplier reviews, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
Responsibilities
Clarify quality requirements and management items during the early stages of development
Create QC control plans, work instructions, and procedures
Review procedures to ensure that quality is appropriately controlled throughout each stage of production
Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials
Perform quality checks on expired raw materials
Conduct quality checks and reviews when raw materials or suppliers change, and support supplier audits
Ensure that PD staff conduct in-process inspections correctly and perform requested analyses
Check wastewater quality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience
English communication skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Strong analytical and immediate problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
