The Quality Assurance & Quality Control role offers the opportunity to support quality management activities across customer, supplier, and in-house production processes. Based in Bang Plee, this role is well suited to candidates with experience in industrial product quality control who can communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.
Responsibilities
Handle quality management with both customers and suppliers.
Manage product defect issues and conduct root cause analysis.
Oversee quality control for in-house manufactured products.
Conduct potential supplier factory audits.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in a Quality Control (QC) function within industrial products at a trading or manufacturing company.
Experience in team management or leadership will be an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO audit preparation and compliance will be an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple tasks will be an advantage.
Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level).
Proficient in Japanese (minimum intermediate level or JLPT N3+).
Own a valid driving licence.
