Job Description
Coordinate the submission of product samples to external laboratories for contamination testing according to customer requirements.
Follow up on testing results from laboratories and maintain proper records of test reports.
Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information and respond to customer questionnaires.
Support responses to customer inquiries regarding product chemical information.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field.
knowledge of chemical substances or chemical testing.
Understanding of the company’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001).
