Position: Project Manager (Product Development & Engineering)
Location: Laem Chabang, Chonburi
Budget: Total package 65,000 - 80,000 THB/Month
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to achieve project objectives from QCD perspectives.
Monitor project progress and follow up on open issues to ensure timely completion.
Report project status, risks, issues, and countermeasures to top management and escalate critical matters when necessary.
Coordinate project activities among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Lead project reviews, approval processes, and lessons-learned activities.
Drive continuous improvement and work-efficiency enhancement projects, including IT-related initiatives.
Support decision-making through effective reporting, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or related project leadership roles.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing, R&D, HVAC, Home Appliances, or Product Development environments.
Understanding of product development processes, design reviews, prototype evaluation, and mass production preparation.
Basic knowledge of IT and digitalization tools.
