The Project Manager - Japanese Speaker role leads projects from initiation through to completion within a hybrid working environment. The position acts as a key communication bridge between Japanese-speaking clients, internal teams, and stakeholders while managing timelines, risks, deliverables, and expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage project delivery from initiation through to completion
Coordinate with Japanese-speaking clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
Facilitate meetings, provide clear status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in project management or project coordination
Business-level Japanese language skills equivalent to JLPT N3 or above, with strong communication skills and fluency in English
Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills with a high level of ownership
Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing communication
