The Project Manager role is a high-impact opportunity to lead end-to-end delivery of high-end retail and façade projects in Bangkok. This role places you at the centre of project execution, stakeholder coordination, cost control and delivery quality, while supporting both operational excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, quality and safety targets are met
Manage the full project lifecycle from design review to fabrication and site installation
Oversee on-site execution and ensure compliance with regulations and specifications
Identify and resolve technical, operational and site-related issues
Monitor project financials, including cost control and profitability
Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risks
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in construction, façade engineering or specialist subcontracting
Proven track record in delivering high-end retail, storefront or façade projects would be highly preferred
Strong expertise in project execution, cost control, contract management and site operations
Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
