Total Salary Package: 40,000 – 50,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning or Planning Engineering.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (mandatory).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Job description
Plan and manage inventory processes to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Develop and oversee production planning functions, including order planning, shop scheduling, and shipping plans.
Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding production issues, risks, and requirements.
Provide regular updates on production status to management and customers.
Monitor and adjust production schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or unforeseen conditions.
Support cross-functional and cross-plant teams on projects and operational initiatives.
Lead weekly meetings to review order status, shortages, and delivery timelines with relevant stakeholders.
Track and ensure on-time completion of production schedules, shipments, and sales orders.
Monitor backorders and expedite production to replenish stock as needed.
Continuously review and adjust production plans in response to forecast changes and unexpected demand.
