The Production Manager role leads onsite manufacturing operations in Saraburi, providing direction to managers, supervisors, and their teams across production and resource management. The position plays a key part in improving production efficiency, product quality, equipment capability, cost effectiveness, and workforce performance within a dynamic electronic-parts manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Manage overall production operations and resources, providing leadership and direction to key managers, supervisors, and their teams
Propose, implement, monitor, and supervise production strategies to support the company’s vision and operational objectives
Re-engineer production processes to improve cost effectiveness, minimise production time, maintain excellent product quality, and support on-time delivery
Maintain and improve machinery and equipment to increase process capability and reduce production losses
Lead, mentor, unite, and motivate team members through challenging and complex operational issues, applying effective people and resource management
Set, monitor, and review team performance, ensuring that expectations are met within a dynamic production environment
Ensure that team members comply with company rules and regulations, and take appropriate disciplinary action when required
Educate and monitor team members regarding 3Q6S and management systems, including RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and the Energy Management System
Manage workforce capability and support the continuing skills development of the team
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
At least 10 years of production management experience in electronic-parts manufacturing, including die casting and machining
At least 8 years of experience at management level
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills
Strong English communication and presentation skills, including listening, speaking, and reading
Strong adaptability and the ability to work effectively under pressure
