The Production Assistant Manager role is a strong opportunity for a manufacturing professional with experience in PCBA production, electrical product knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company policies
Apply knowledge of electrical products and circuit diagrams to support production and technical decision-making
Analyse and resolve electrical circuit defects using structured problem-solving methods such as 5Why and 8D analysis
Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and drive improvements across production performance
Support initial lot production for new startups, set production targets, and coordinate with production teams
Lead the resolution of issues related to new models, preproduction quality, and technical challenges
Assist supervisors and team leaders while following up on production plans to ensure timely execution
Requirements
Experience in production management within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of PCBA, electrical products, and circuit diagrams
Ability to analyse defects in electrical circuits and apply structured problem-solving methods
Familiarity with quality improvement tools such as 5Why and 8D analysis
Ability to prepare and issue reports in English
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to manage KPIs, support production planning, and work closely with supervisors, team leaders, and production teams
