The Process Improvement Specialist role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to enhance financial and accounting operations through automation, digital transformation and data-driven insights. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, improving efficiency and supporting better decision-making across finance functions.
Responsibilities
Analyse financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Design and implement low-code applications, such as Power Apps, integrated with ERP or SAP systems
Develop and manage RPA solutions, such as UiPath and Power Automate, to automate repetitive tasks
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support financial analysis
Ensure compliance with financial controls and collaborate with stakeholders for solution rollout and training
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Consulting
Experience in financial system implementation or development
Hands-on experience with RPA or low-code tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate or UiPath
Good command of English
Proficiency in Power BI
