The Presale Security role leads and supports security and network solution development for customer projects. Based near BTS Phloen Chit in Bangkok, the position focuses on analysing customer requirements, designing suitable cybersecurity solutions, conducting proofs of concept, and collaborating with vendors, engineers, and sales teams without an individual sales target.
Responsibilities
Lead and support security and network solutions for customer projects
Gather and analyse customer requirements, and translate them into business requirements and technical solutions
Design security and cybersecurity solutions involving firewalls, endpoint detection and response (EDR), intrusion prevention and detection systems (IPS/IDS), secure access, virtual private networks (VPNs), antivirus software, and other relevant technologies
Manage proofs of concept (POCs) for security products
Collaborate with vendors, implementation engineers, and sales teams to support effective solution delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in security presales
Proven experience in security and network solution design
Good English communication skills for working in an international environment
