Responsibilities:
• Manage overall plant operations for filling, procurement, and distribution.
• Supervise around 10 delivery staff and coordinate daily delivery schedules.
• Operate and monitor vehicles and gas-related equipment to ensure safe usage.
• Control stock levels, procurement, and distribution of gas products.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations and sales) to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, or related field
• Experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or logistics in related industries
• Strong management skills, able to supervise teams and manage daily operations effectively
• Good communication in English and willing to learn and grow into a management role
