Job Description
Digital & Social Campaigns
Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media and app platforms.
Develop creative content and communication messages to boost awareness, engagement, and rentals.
Coordinate with internal teams to produce campaign materials and digital assets.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
App Funnel Optimization
Analyze user journey from install to repeat rental.
Collaborate with CRM and Operations teams to improve conversion flow and reduce drop-off rates.
Performance Marketing
Manage paid campaigns to optimize CPA, CAC, and cost efficiency.
Work with agencies and internal teams to maximize ROI and media performance.
CRM & Retention Campaigns
Develop CRM strategies, push notifications, and coupon campaigns.
Enhance user retention and repeat usage through personalized engagement.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance, app funnel data, and user behavior.
Use insights to improve conversion, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, or App Marketing.
Experience in tech, platform, app-based, or O2O business preferred.
Strong understanding of digital platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, LINE, etc.
Familiarity with key KPIs: Conversion Rate, CPA, CAC, CTR, Retention Rate, Engagement Rate.
Experience with CRM tools, push notifications, coupon campaigns, or segmentation is an advantage.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Excellent communication and coordination with Product, Tech, BD, CRM, Design, and Agency teams.
