-Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and achieve sales plans for OEM genuine oils (engine oil, transmission oil, and chemical products) for automotive manufacturers in overseas markets such as Australia and Myanmar
• Manage price revisions, lead price negotiations, handle bidding processes, and conclude contracts
• Lead product development and new product launch projects in collaboration with R&D and production teams
• Coordinate with IKC headquarters and global affiliates, ensuring alignment with global strategy
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and VA (Value Analysis) presentations for OEM customers
• Manage performance, review KPIs, prepare forecasts, and coordinate orders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis and prepare strategic reports
• Provide lubricant training sessions for overseas distributors and workshops (OEM-focused content)
• Engage with overseas customers and senior management as a strategic account manager
Required Skills and Knowledge
• Fundamental knowledge of lubricants and product knowledge
• Expertise in engine oils and transmission oils
• Basic knowledge of automotive structure
• Marketing knowledge, with experience in both push and pull sales
• Strong strategic proposal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Project management and leadership capabilities
• Business-level English communication skills (required)
