The Mechanical Services Engineer - Chinese Speaker role provides installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support for corrugated production equipment. Based in Bangkok, the position combines hands-on mechanical engineering with customer service and requires regular travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities
Install and commission corrugated production equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to support smooth machine operation
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Provide technical support and after-sales services to customers
Communicate with and support customers in Chinese, Thai, and English
Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to support successful project delivery
Travel to customer sites as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in mechanical service engineering, field service engineering, field application engineering, or a related position
Business-level Chinese communication skills
Good command of Thai and English
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of Chinese business culture and experience working with Chinese-speaking customers
Ability to travel frequently and work independently
A valid driving licence is preferred
