The Mechanical Service Engineer role focuses on the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of CNC machinery, particularly gear manufacturing equipment. Based onsite in Bangna, Bangkok, the position involves working directly with clients, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on machine operation and parameter settings.
Responsibilities
Install, set up, and commission CNC machines at client sites, with a focus on gear hobbing, gear shaping, and gear grinding machinery
Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues
Conduct basic training for client teams on machine operation and parameter settings
Complete other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2–3 years of experience working with CNC or NC machine tools in machine operation, maintenance engineering, service engineering, or a related function
English communication skills would be an advantage
Ability to travel internationally for business trips and training
Ability to travel to and work at client sites

Annual bonus equivalent to 2 months’ salary

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with no Saturday work
