The Masterbatch Senior Sales - Japanese Speaker role manages established client relationships and oversees the end-to-end sales process within a manufacturing environment. Based in Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani, the position combines account management, internal coordination, sales planning, team guidance, and Japanese-language interpretation support.
Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and conduct onsite client visits approximately once per week
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from gathering customer requirements through to product shipment
Coordinate with internal departments, including Production and Quality Assurance, to support sales activities and customer requirements
Handle and review sales- and production-related documents
Respond to customer enquiries and support the complaint-handling process
Coach and guide junior team members
Manage and monitor sales plans while identifying opportunities to improve sales performance against targets
Provide interpretation support between Thai-speaking sales team members and Japanese-speaking management, accounting for approximately 10% of the role
Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Hands-on business-to-business sales experience within the manufacturing industry
Familiarity with colour or resin compounds, plastic colourants, masterbatch, or similar products will be highly advantageous
Willingness to undertake sales activities
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
JLPT N2, business-level Japanese proficiency, or an equivalent level
