Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily livestream operations across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Support the Host/MC during livestreams by serving as an on-camera assistant and managing all technical and behind-the-scenes tasks such as lighting, audio, equipment setup, and backdrop preparation.
- Monitor, record, and analyze livestream performance after each session; use insights to suggest improvements in visuals, camera setup, sound quality, and lighting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues during livestreams (e.g., OBS malfunctions, internet instability, power failures) while coordinating closely with HR, E-commerce, and Vietnam-based teams.
- Operate OBS broadcasting software effectively and confidently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce livestreaming; knowledge of platform algorithms especially TikTok.
- Quick, adaptable problem-solver who performs well under pressure.
- Proactive and hands-on, willing to take initiative.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Hardworking, flexible, open to feedback, and willing to work shifts, including evenings or weekends.
