The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building meaningful partnerships.
- Drive new business through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outreach (calls and emails).
- Conduct client meetings and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing support and identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and propose sales strategies and action plans to the Sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and economic indicators to stay ahead.
- Maintain CRM records for opportunities and contacts.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and take on additional tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- More than 5 years in sales.
- Working knowledge of software components is an advantage (
While experience in software sales or recruitment is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong sales backgrounds from other industries).
Strong territory and relationship management skills.
Excellent consultative and solution-selling abilities.
High energy, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a big plus.
