Job Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales with large chain optical retailers. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, executing account strategies, and ensuring excellent commercial and operational execution across assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic relationships with large chain optical retailers
Act as the main commercial contact for assigned key accounts
Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers at head office and store level
Lead regular business reviews and joint planning sessions with customers
Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed revenue, volume, and margin targets
Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies and growth plans
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, promotions, and annual agreements
Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and take corrective actions when needed
Collaborate with customers to develop category growth initiatives
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decisions
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5–10 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales
Experience managing modern trade or chain customers, preferably in optical, medical devices, FMCG, or premium consumer goods
Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Data-driven mindset and proficiency in Excel / CRM tools
Fluent in Thai; good command of English (spoken and written)
