Key Responsibilities
• Handle international logistics operations for both export and import.
• Act as the main point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring smooth communication and service quality.
• Coordinate and work closely with Thai internal staff to manage daily operations efficiently.
• Prepare quotations for international logistics services.
• Conduct sales activities for new and existing clients (scope can be adjusted).
• Provide customer support as a Japanese-speaking representative.
• Work closely with and receive training from a Japanese Manager.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of working experience (Experience in a logistics company will be an advantage)
• Willingness to handle both operations and sales responsibilities
• Strong communication skills
• Japanese language: Business level or above (Able to communicate effectively with Japanese clients)
• English language: Intermediate level (Able to handle emails, documents, and daily conversation)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
