We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a factory environment. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring smooth system operations on the production floor, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day support for MES applications used in manufacturing operations
Identify system issues, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate fixes
Work closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, Database, Application) and liaise with external vendors when necessary
Maintain system stability and ensure timely resolution of user-reported problems
Handle other assignments as delegated by the supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
2+ years' experience in IT support or system administration, preferably within a manufacturing or electronics environment
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers and system-level commands
Knowledge of technologies such as .NET, MS SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms
Familiarity with manufacturing-related systems (MES, ERP, RPA) and strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and English communication skills
