Job Description
Responsible for managing the attendance records of quality inspection staff in each area.
Responsible for conducting quality inspections according to production plans and tasks.
Responsible for preparing, filling out, and verifying inspection record documents related to the assigned area.
Coordinate and assist QE in resolving abnormalities occurring in the production line.
Responsible for confirming handovers between day and night shifts and following up on the implementation of handover content.
Monitor and verify QC records (QC Ledger), including follow-up on corrective actions to ensure effective results.
Responsible for storing and managing documents in the workplace area, including 6S management activities.
Participate in handling nonconforming products and follow up/verify corrective actions to ensure compliance with defined guidelines.
Assist in investigating customer complaints and follow up/verify corrective actions and monitoring of outcomes.
Qualification
Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on quality control experience.
Knowledge and familiarity with QC 7 Tools and the 5M1E principles.
Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit, and commitment to self-development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of Chinese language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to use it effectively as a working language for communication.
