The Human Resources (HR) Manager role plays a key part in leading the full range of HR activities and supporting effective people management across the organisation. The position covers recruitment, employee development, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, and management reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR functions
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Develop training and employee development programmes
Manage compensation, payroll, and employee benefits
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations
Report HR performance and relevant updates to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of HR management experience
Strong knowledge of Thai labour law and employee relations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
