The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Specialist role provides strategic and operational Human Resources (HR) support to assigned business groups within a large-scale organisation. The position works closely with leaders and employees to strengthen workforce capabilities, address employee relations matters, and deliver HR programmes that support business objectives.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic and tactical HR partnership, delivering day-to-day support for assigned business groups
Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and temporary roles, aligning sourcing strategies with workforce plans
Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance on HR and business matters
Influence and advise assigned business groups to support the achievement of business objectives
Manage and resolve employee relations matters, conducting thorough and objective investigations
Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with the legal team when required
Strengthen workplace culture by improving employee relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
Provide HR policy guidance, interpretation, and training to managers as needed
Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities for assigned business groups
Coach managers on performance, talent development, and organisational design
Drive the execution of HR programmes, including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
Identify training, coaching, and development needs across teams and collaborate with HR functions, including payroll and immigration, to deliver cohesive HR services
Lead and execute HR initiatives and strategic projects, including change management, while maintaining consistent HR practices and supporting process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as an HRBP or HR manager, covering Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD) at organisational or group level
Strong recruitment experience in the banking industry, particularly for IT and software developer positions, is preferred
Strong management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
Understanding of cross-functional management and the ability to work effectively with senior executives
Strong knowledge of labour laws
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience working in a large-scale organisation will be a strong advantage
Good command of English and Thai
