The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager role plays a key part in aligning people strategies with business objectives and organisational growth. The position partners with senior management and business leaders across workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance, people analytics, and organisational capability while leading and developing the Human Resources Business Partner team.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HRBP to senior management and business leaders, providing HR advice and solutions aligned with business objectives and organisational growth
Ensure HR policies, guidelines, and compliance standards are effectively communicated and implemented
Lead workforce planning activities to support manpower growth plans
Drive talent management initiatives, including talent identification, development, retention, and succession planning for critical and leadership roles
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies
Oversee and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives
Partner with Learning and Development to design and implement training, leadership development, and capability-building programmes
Analyse people data and HR metrics through people analytics to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, and present actionable insights to management to support informed decision-making
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters, including salary structures, merit increases, and promotion proposals
Collaborate closely with HR functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement, to ensure integrated and effective HR service delivery
Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team to strengthen its capability and readiness to support a fast-paced, project-driven organisation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
At least 12 years of experience in HRBP, strategic Human Resources, or a Human Resources generalist role
At least 7 years of experience managing a Human Resources team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Business-level proficiency in English
Good computer skills
Driven and able to work effectively under pressure
