Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in Japanese automotive companies is an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in HR.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee full-spectrum HR & GA functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Training & Development.
Manage manpower planning to support production operations and future expansion.
Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws and handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Act as an HR advisor to management, supporting a stable and productive working environment.
