Job responsibilities:
Lead HRM, HRD, GA, and Employee Relations with strong policy and people management
Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and performance management with full legal compliance
Plan and execute training & development programs aligned with business needs
Handle labor law compliance, union relations, and employee discipline matters
Partner with Top Management to ensure governance, workplace safety, and HQ Code of Conduct compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of HR, Administration or General Management, or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in HR & GA with manufacturing environment and 5 years as management level
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, PDPA, Personal Income Tax, SSO, etc.
Required skill of presentation, negotiation, communication with multitask handle.
Good command in computer; Microsoft Excel (advance level), PowerPoint
Good command in English (TOEIC score 600+)
