The Human Resources (HR) Consulting Director role leads strategic people and organisation advisory engagements for clients in Thailand. Based onsite in Bangkok, the position works closely with senior executives to address complex workforce and organisational challenges while leading consulting delivery, client relationships, business development, and team development.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic HR and organisation consulting engagements from strategy through implementation
Advise clients on HR transformation, organisation effectiveness, workforce strategy, change management, leadership, and culture
Develop practical solutions to strengthen HR capabilities and align people strategies with business objectives
Manage complex projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and scope
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior HR and business leaders
Identify new business opportunities and lead proposals, pitches, and client development activities
Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams across multiple engagements
Contribute to the growth and development of the HR consulting practice
Requirements
At least 15 years of experience in HR, human capital, organisation consulting, or related advisory services
Strong career background within a leading consulting or professional services firm
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management capacity
Broad expertise across areas such as HR strategy and transformation, organisation design, workforce strategy, change management, leadership, and organisation effectiveness
Strong track record in business development and senior client relationship management
Proven experience leading complex projects and consulting teams
Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent or highly proficient in business English
Exposure to digital HR or HR technology would be an advantage
