HR & Admin Officer (Japanese-speaking N3+)

Working Hours:

 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 THB/Month Holidays: 13 days (National Holidays)

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage payroll coordination and accounting-related documents with external vendors 

  • Handle visa and work permit documentation for staff 

  • Support VAT, tax documentation, and general financial administration 

  • Coordinate and support recruitment processes for restaurant staff (e.g., chefs and service staff) 

  • Perform general administrative and back-office tasks independently

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field 

  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above 

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken) 

  • Experience working in a new set-up company is an advantage 

  • Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently 

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

  • Positive attitude with a bright and proactive personality
