Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the company’s financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow management.
Manage statutory reporting, management reports, audit, and tax compliance.
Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and business performance to support decision-making and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Act as a key business partner to senior management and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualification preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting within a multinational manufacturing environment, including senior leadership exposure.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing costing.
Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
