The Finance & Accounting Manager role oversees the company’s accounting operations while supporting budgeting, taxation, and financial planning. This position manages the Accounting Department, ensures compliance with accounting systems, and maintains accurate financial and tax documentation.
Responsibilities
Control and monitor accounting operations to ensure compliance with accounting systems
Manage and control all operations of the Accounting Department
Prepare financial and accounting information, including expenditure budgets
Provide an overview of accounting activities, tax planning, and financial planning
Manage company expense documents and prepare supporting documentation, including Form 3, Form 53, and VAT Form 30
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Five to fifteen years of experience across accounting functions, including financial accounting, cost accounting, and finance
Basic knowledge of excise tax
Knowledge of import duties and import tax rates
