Executive Strategic Planning

Location : Bangkok

 

Working : Mon-Fri (8:30-17:30)

 

Salary : 31,000 - 45,000 THB/m

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial audit, internal audit, accounting, or corporate planning.

  • Financial reporting: Skilled in preparing financial reports, budget planning, and cost analysis.

  • Automotive industry background: Strongly preferred, including OEM/Tier1/Tier2 exposure, product planning, or supply-chain related work.

  • Japanese company experience: Considered an advantage.

  • Accounting principles: Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.

  • Audit skills: Ability to conduct audits, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.

  • Excel & PowerPoint proficiency: Capable of building models and concise presentations.

  • Corporate finance knowledge: Understanding of cost structures, product lifecycles, and market trends in the automotive industry.

  • Communication & problem-solving: Strong logical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proactive mindset: High ownership, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Business-level English: Effective communication in English.

  • ERP systems: Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monthly reports: Support preparation of monthly reports, mid-term corporate plans, and financial forecasts.

  • Performance reporting: Create monthly business performance reports and summarize key issues.

  • Data collection: Gather data from departments and assist in management analysis.

  • KPI monitoring: Track company KPIs, highlight risks, and suggest improvements.

  • Management presentations: Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings.

  • Mid-term planning: Assist in mid-term planning and conduct basic market/competitor research.
