ESG Section Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance Support
• Support the implementation of corporate governance practices in compliance with applicable laws, Stock Exchange regulations, and recognized governance principles.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings, including agendas, supporting documents, resolutions, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor regulatory and legal updates related to corporate governance and report relevant issues to supervisors.
• Assist in preparing Corporate Governance Reports and documentation for external assessments (e.g., IOD, SET, or similar organizations).
- Sustainability & ESG Operations
• Support the execution of the company’s Sustainability and ESG strategy and action plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect, consolidate, and validate ESG data in line
with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the UN SDGs.
• Assist in preparing Sustainability and ESG Reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
• Monitor environmental laws, sustainability regulations, and ESG trends relevant to the organization.
• Support CSR and community engagement activities to promote responsible business practices and social impact.
• Maintain ESG-related processes, documents, and records in alignment with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Support QMS activities related to ESG, including documentation control, corrective actions, and preparation for internal audits.
- Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and the company’s Code of Conduct related to ESG and governance matters.
• Coordinate ESG- and governance-related communications with stakeholders such as
regulators, investors, business partners, and internal functions under management supervision.
• Collect and analyze ESG and corporate governance performance data and prepare reports
or improvement proposals for management review.
• Support alignment between ESG reporting processes and ISO 9001 requirements for quality control, record keeping, and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Corporate Governance, Sustainability, ESG, Compliance, or related functions.
• Experience in a listed company, regulated environment, or medium-to-large organization is preferred.
• Basic understanding of corporate governance principles, ESG frameworks, and Stock Exchange regulations.
• Certifications related to ESG, Corporate Governance, Company Secretary, or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor are an advantage.
• Strong coordination, analytical, documentation, and reporting skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
