Responsibilities
Manage daily engineering and maintenance operations to support smooth factory performance
Lead, supervise, and develop the engineering team across different experience levels
Handle team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and encourage effective collaboration
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to improve team capability
Ensure machines and operations run smoothly with minimal downtime
Oversee machine maintenance, preventive systems, TPM, and cost reduction activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a Production Manager or Engineering Manager position in a factory environment
Experience in machine maintenance, preventive systems, TPM, and cost reduction
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience managing teams
Strong people management and leadership skills
Ability to manage different types of team members
Good communication and problem-solving skills
