Position: EHS Manager (Manufacturing)
Salary: 60,000 – 100,000THB +/- (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety Management
Develop and enforce EHS policies aligned with local regulations and global automotive standards
Conduct HIRA / JSA / risk assessments for electronics manufacturing processes:
Investigate incidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Manage contractor and visitor safety within production areas
Environmental Management
Oversee waste management (electronic waste, hazardous waste, solder waste, chemicals)
Control air emissions, wastewater, and chemical storage
Ensure compliance with: ISO 14001, Local environmental laws, Automotive customer environmental requirements ,Support sustainability initiatives (energy reduction, chemical substitution, recycling)
Regulatory & Compliance
Maintain compliance with local labor, safety, and environmental regulations
Prepare for and lead internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
Manage permits, licenses, and reporting (environmental, safety, chemical inventories)
Training & Culture
Promote safety culture and zero‑incident mindset
Lead emergency preparedness and response plans (fire, chemical spill, electrical incidents)
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and HR
Support NPI / line changes by reviewing EHS risks early
Engage with global EHS teams and automotive OEM requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in: Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering
5–10+ years EHS experience in: Automotive manufacturingElectronics / semiconductor / EMS environments
Strong knowledge of: Electronics production risks, Hazardous chemicals and electrical safety, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Audit and regulatory inspection experience
