The Delivery Control Officer role plays a key part in coordinating customer orders, production schedules, inventory, and shipment activities. Located near BTS Asok, the position works closely with customers, factories, suppliers, and internal teams to support accurate documentation, address delivery issues, and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Responsibilities
Receive customer orders and process them in the system
Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate order status to customers
Coordinate with factories regarding production planning and inventory
Work closely with the import and export team to ensure smooth shipment operations
Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and related documentation
Monitor delivery progress and resolve delivery-related issues
Support internal coordination with suppliers and other departments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in delivery control, customer service, sales coordination, logistics, supply chain, import and export, or a related function
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Business-level English communication skills
Experience in the electronics industry or a trading company will be an advantage
