Our client is a global Freight Forwarding business. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position :                               CS Supervisor or Assistant Manager

Business Type :                    Freight Forwarding

Working day :                        Mon – Fri 8.30 – 17.30 hrs.

Location :                             Sriracha, Chonburi

Benefit : 

  • Salary Total Package 40,000 – 65,000 THB/ month (Depend on experience)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business English, Logistics&Supply chain Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5-10 years of Customer Service,Sales and Key Account in the Sea Freight Forwarding field.  

  • Strong knowledge of vessel operations and shipping documentation Freight Forwarding Business.

  • Good command in English and can communicate with Oversea Customers.

Job description

  • Coordinate and support sales team activities, freight forwarder ,shipping and
    clients to provide professional services.

  • Maintain good relationship with customer, solving problem handling the daily delivery shipment matters and ensure supply of goods on time.

  • Responsible for receiving customer orders, reconciliation and billing.

  • Responsible for placing orders with suppliers, and tracking orders to complete the payment, reconciliation with suppliers against payment.

  • To cooperate within Customs Clearance operation department shipment and intra department with transport and freight (if any) in problem solving, report status and provide.

  • Communicate customer feedback and insights to relevant teams to drive product and service improvements.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Manage subordinates work load, their attendance and work attitude and evaluate
