Role Summary
Lead and execute the organization’s Total Rewards strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role provides strategic leadership across compensation, benefits, HR analytics, HRIS, and workforce planning, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, incentives, equity, and recognition programs.
Design, implement, communicate, and administer competitive and equitable reward programs aligned with business and talent strategies.
Evaluate program effectiveness using market data, internal analytics, and workforce trends; recommend improvements as needed.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation decisions, talent strategies, M&A due diligence, retention, and integration.
Collaborate closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and governance of people costs (benefits, bonus, merit, equity).
Lead change management initiatives related to total rewards and HR transformation.
Oversee job evaluation, salary administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide strategic oversight of HRIS, HR analytics, and HR planning & analysis functions.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and business impact.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards and HR analytics team.
Qualifications
Fluent command in Thai and good command in English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
Strong strategic thinking, data analytics, and financial acumen.
In-depth knowledge of labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
Proven ability to influence, partner with senior stakeholders, and lead change.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
Strong command of English and digital/HR systems proficiency.
Experience with global consultant companies would be very beneficial.
