Job Description - Handle and support clients referred from the sales team after the deal is closed - Follow up and track client documents throughout the process - Provide guidance and consultation to clients on document preparation and requirements - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and accurate process for clients - Maintain good relationships with clients and provide ongoing support until completion Requirement - Business level of English to communicate internal and external - Good with documents, tracking, detailing - Masure, confident, sales attitude - Familiar with related document ex. statement, police check Benefits and Welfares - Commission - Performance bonus - Social security - 7 days paid leave (after probation)
