The Business Planning role supports informed financial decision-making through reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and accounting analysis. The position also oversees company leasing activities and contributes to both short-term financial control and long-term business planning.
Responsibilities
Prepare and update Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, including variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures
Prepare and report weekly expense summaries
Maintain and update short-term and long-term cash flow reports
Lead and support the company’s budgeting process, including long-term financial planning
Manage and control company leasing activities, including leasing arrangements for new projects
Reconcile and analyse accounting records in detail to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
