Working day : Mon – Fri (07.30 – 18.00),(08.00-17.00)
Benefit :
Total Salary Package: 35,000 – 50,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in BOI, import/export, or trade compliance roles.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, BOI systems (e.g., RMTS), and international trade processes .
Good interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and develop.
Job description
Act as a subject matter expert on BOI (Board of Investment) regulations, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Oversee and manage all BOI-related privileges, applications, and compliance processes.
Prepare, review, and submit reports and required documentation to BOI and other government authorities.
Control and monitor raw materials using RMTS and other BOI-related systems.
Handle import and export operations, including customs procedures, shipping documentation, and duty/tax refund processes.
Coordinate with external parties such as BOI officers, IEAT, customs officials, and logistics providers.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of production, inventory, and BOI reporting requirements.
Provide internal guidance to cross-functional teams to align operations with BOI conditions and regulations.
Analyze data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Keep abreast of updates in trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements.
