The AI Solution Engineer role bridges business requirements and artificial intelligence to design and implement practical AI agent solutions. Based around the Phahon Yothin area and close to BTS services, the position develops AI workflows, system integrations, automation solutions, and scalable web applications within a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business teams and AI technology to design and implement effective AI agent solutions
Establish a centralised hub for AI agent management and coordination
Design and implement workflows using AI agents and modern automation tools
Enable database integration and AI connectivity so users can access accurate and relevant data
Develop scalable web applications for potential future commercialisation
Manage and improve backend operations and workflows, including process reduction and paperless initiatives
Collaborate with the Head of Department to identify business pain points and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions
Connect internal systems, data, and applications through APIs and other integrations
Act as a strategic technology adviser to business unit heads, translating operational needs into effective digital solutions
Evaluate solution performance by measuring time and cost savings to support continuous improvement
Provide training and support the adoption of new systems and workflows
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in AI Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience working with AI solutions, AI tools, AI agents, or LLM tools such as Hermes, Manus, and Friday, with particular experience using Hermes
Proven project experience involving AI agents and database integration
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and understand business requirements
Understanding of code structures or experience building automation systems
Strong interest in product development and the initiative to develop innovative solutions and projects
Energetic and enthusiastic approach with leadership capability
English reading and writing skills for working with partners, developing technical capabilities, and reviewing documentation and research
