Administration Staff (Japanese-speaking N2+)

Business Type: Service Industry (Medical & Health Assistance)

Salary: 30,000 - 50,000

Position Summary

The Administration Department Staff will support daily operations across General Affairs, Human Resources, and IT coordination, while also acting as a key liaison between the Thailand office and overseas headquarters. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

General Affairs

  • Oversee office operations and administrative systems (e.g., facilities, communication tools, utilities)

  • Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, contracts, and service management

  • Handle internal administrative requests and reporting to headquarters

  • Translate internal documents, including materials related to local authorities and compliance

  • Provide interpretation support during meetings when required

  • Support expatriate staff with day-to-day administrative matters

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding

  • Coordinate visa and work permit processes with external service providers

  • Manage employee attendance records, leave, onboarding, and offboarding procedures

  • Support compliance with labor regulations and internal policies

IT Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between local staff, local IT vendors, and overseas IT teams

  • Coordinate scheduled system maintenance and support activities

  • Support basic system administration and issue tracking

Coordination with Headquarters

  • Handle reporting, documentation, and coordination tasks related to head-office requirements

  • Ensure alignment with corporate policies and applicable overseas regulations

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Strong command of the Thai language

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Japanese language with JLPT N2 or above

 

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00–18:00

  • Holidays: Weekends and Thai public holidays
